Welcome to White Card Practice Test AU ("we", "us", "our", or "the site"). By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Educational use only
All content on this site — including practice questions, guides, the safety-signs trainer, and the "Spot the Hazard" game — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is a study aid to help you prepare for the Australian construction induction (White Card, unit CPCWHS1001). It does not replace accredited training and does not constitute legal, safety, or professional advice.
2. No White Card is issued here
We are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and we are not affiliated with SafeWork, WorkSafe, or any government agency. Completing any test on this site does not issue, renew, or qualify you for a White Card. A valid White Card can only be obtained by completing training with an accredited RTO. Always confirm current requirements with your state or territory regulator.
3. Accuracy and updates
We make a reasonable effort to keep our content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date with the latest regulations. Laws, standards, and unit requirements change. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for work, compliance, or assessment purposes. We may change, add, or remove content at any time without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the site's security or availability, scrape or copy our content for republication, or use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, and original questions on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may use the site for your own personal study. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without our written permission. References to "White Card", unit codes, Australian Standards, and government bodies are used for descriptive and educational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Advertising and affiliate links
This site displays third-party advertising (including through Google AdSense) and may contain affiliate or referral links to course providers and related products. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party site you reach through an advertisement or link. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and cookies work.
7. External links
Our site links to external websites, such as training.gov.au and RTO providers, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Including a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, cost, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
This website is operated from Germany. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the site or these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the German courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country in which you reside.
